Mission & Context

Within our Global Revenue & Intelligence team, reporting to the Head of Digital Performance, you will help grow our business through experimentation and AI: testing new customer experiences on our websites, media campaigns, and customer communications, proving what works with data, and sharing it with our markets.

The team owns experimentation for the brand and acts as a catalyst to spread a test-and-learn culture across the organization. It also leads the build and deployment of customer-facing AI.

You will collaborate daily with e-commerce, media, CRM, data, and IT teams across all regions of the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze customer data, on-site behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and shape the testing roadmap with the Head of Digital.
  • Plan and execute tests across our websites, media campaigns, and customer communications — from set-up to launch — delivering reliable results on what our customers respond to.
  • Measure and translate test outcomes into clear reports and actionable insights: not only what worked, but why, and what it means for the business.
  • Produce, communicate, and train — turn winning tests and our internal tools into practical playbooks and clear documentation, present them to all markets through regular community calls, and train local teams so experimentation becomes a shared habit.
  • Contribute to the build and deployment of customer-facing AI features, bringing test results and customer insights into the AI roadmap.

How you can fit

  • Around 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital analytics — ideally in retail or another consumer business.
  • Continuous learner: you are curious and you want to grow continously
  • Hands-on: you enjoy analyzing data, setting up tests, and checking the numbers yourself.
  • Confident with data and able to find the story behind it.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys presenting and sharing insights with international teams.
  • Curious about AI and motivated to work on it in practice.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable working with colleagues across countries and time zones.

What we offer

  • As a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee that all our compensation practices meet or exceed established living wage and fairness standards
  • We are committed to continuous learning and professional development to help every employee grow within our organization
  • Staff discount to use on all your favorite L'Occitane en Provence products
