As a true brand ambassador in the Netherlands, you are the key driver of Erborian’s performance in-store. You ensure strong brand visibility, develop sell-out performance, and build long-term partnerships with key retailers.

 

Business development

  • Develop, manage and grow your client portfolio across Douglas, ICI Paris XL and Medi-Market
  • Drive and achieve sell-out targets in your territory
  • Implement tailored action plans per point of sale (training, animations, visibility, merchandising)
  • Execute and monitor trade marketing operations and sales initiatives
  • Lead in-store animations and commercial activations
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with store teams and key stakeholders
  • Ensure best-in-class execution of POS tools (testers, samples, GWPs, displays…)
  • Track performance through sell-out analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Provide regular activity reporting

 

Training & Brand advocacy

  • Train beauty advisors on the best seller and new product and spread the Erborian DNA
  • Organize and animate training night sessions
  • Attend customer events to showcase the brand and new products
  • Adapt and translate training materials and POS content when needed
  • Act as a true brand ambassador on the field

 

Merchandising excellence

  • Ensure optimal brand visibility and positioning in-store
  • Identify and negotiate high-impact locations (high traffic, eye-level zones)
  • Implement and update planograms in line with global guidelines
  • Guarantee the proper installation of merchandising and promotional materials
  • Maintain a premium and consistent brand image across all POS

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong business mindset with the ability to connect education to performance
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sell-out objectives and supporting retail performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and collaborative mindset
  • High level of adaptability, autonomy, and proactivity with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in training, retail, field sales, or sell-out activation within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance industry
  • Passionate about beauty, customer experience and retail excellence

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Driving license required (daily travel across the Netherlands)
  • Ideally based around Utrecht / Amersfoort
  • French is a plus
